Awaiting for your pre-order placed during the lockdown?

We have currently started shipping out orders in phases and are running a bit behind schedule due to limited staff and other lockdown restrictions.
We request you to please be patient while we work extra hard to clear out all pending orders.
We expect to clear out all the pre-orders by 25th July 2020.


  1. If we have the item you ordered readily available in stock, your order will be in the processing stage for 2-3 working days before it is dispatched.
  2. If your order status shows “processing” for more than 5 days, we request you to please be patient as your order will soon be shipped. Due to Covid-19, our warehouse staff has been reduced leading to all orders taking a little longer than promised.
  3. We have started shipping our pre-orders in phases albeit with minimum warehouse staff and taking all necessary measures of sanitizing and social distancing.
  4. Please bear with us as it is a difficult time for us all. We’re accounted for all orders to be manufactured on a priority basis especially for you.
  5. Kindly expect a delay in delivery as the logistics team is working round the clock for your order to be delivered.
