TrooperGo: 2-in-1 Utility Cargo Pants

Classic fitting and light weight cargo pants. Loved it.

I ordered 2 tracking pants (Size 32) from Bombay Topper under a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. Size 32 is my regular size, but when the product arrived, both pants were much shorter than expected. The fitting was completely wrong.

Before placing the order, I clearly saw a “15 Days Return – No Questions Asked” policy on their website. Because of that promise, I confidently placed the order.

Now when I contacted them for a return, they refused. They are saying that products bought under Buy 1 Get 1 Free are not eligible for return. This condition was not clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

They are only offering exchange, but they don’t have the color or size I want. So basically, I am stuck with products that don’t fit me, and they are not taking responsibility.

This feels misleading and unprofessional. If you are advertising a return policy, it should apply clearly, and all terms should be transparent before purchase.

I would not recommend buying from Bombay Topper unless you are 100% sure about sizing and policies. Very disappointing experience.
