Split Shipments for Printed T-Shirts: Please note that if your order includes a printed T-shirt or sweatshirt, it will be delivered in two separate shipments. This is due to our on-demand printing process, which can take up to 10 days. Rest assured, your order is safe with us, and the completed status on the first shipment does not mean the order is fully delivered.

Refund Policy for Returns:

• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed through a reversal to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds will be issued as Instant Trooper Credit, credited to your account via a unique coupon sent to your email by Shiprocket. This policy is strictly enforced, and no exceptions will be made.
