I had a very disappointing experience with Bombay Trooper.
I placed a pre-order for a bag ON 5TH OF MAY AND THE ORDER was supposed to be shipped on 15th June, THAT WAS MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE but TODAY IS 29TH JUNE I still haven't received it. What's even more frustrating is that I haven't received a single update regarding the order status.
Unfortunately, I forgot the email address I used while placing the order, so I contacted your support team multiple times at [****] and even shared my payment transaction screenshot for reference. Despite sending several emails, I have received no response at all.
The lack of communication and customer support is extremely disappointing. Customers at least deserve an update or acknowledgment of their queries. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
I hope Bombay Trooper improves its customer service and responds to customers instead of leaving them waiting without any information. AND KINDLY AM WAITING FOR MY ORDER
