To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Notice:

  1. If the items your ordered are available in stock, your order will take 2-3 working days before it is dispatched.
  2. Once dispatched, you will receive the tracking ID from which you’ll be able to check the progress of your shipment.
  3. If your order status shows “processing” for more than 5 days, it’s probably because the items are yet to be prepared from our manufacturing unit. Please give us some time while we work overtime to get the inventory ready.
  4. Rest assured, once your order is placed, we will retain you on the waitlist and dispatch your items as soon as they are ready.

Important note:

Only once your return shipment has been delivered to the warehouse, the refund will be reversed into the original mode of payment in 2 business days. Once done, you will receive an email confirmation for the same.

Kindly use the tracking details sent in your email inbox by Shiprocket to track your returned shipment. For COD orders, you will receive a refund link on your registered email address and contact number once your returned shipment has been delivered to our warehouse.

We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our product and services. But, if for some unforeseen reason you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 15 days of delivery and get a full refund.

  1. BUY1 GET1 offers are strictly not returnable products for an exchange to a different size/color or return for a refund.
  2.  Any product(s) bought on sale price or special discounts will strictly not be eligible for exchange nor refunds. Any return requests created for the same will be cancelled. 
  3. Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
  4. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. If you have received a defective product, send us images here- Chat With Us and we will get back to you. Once we receive the return order at the warehouse, the refund will be reversed to the original mode of payment.
  5. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, soaps, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks.
  6. We also do not accept returns for printed T-shirts and Hoodies, Boxers, scented candles. Since T-shirts & Hoodies/Sweatshirts are printed especially for you, we are unable to provide a return or exchange for the same.

    Please be extra sure to check your T-shirt/ Hoodie size before place the order.
