Shipping and Return Policy


Order Preparation and Shipping:

  • It usually takes us 1-2 days to prepare an order and dispatch them.  It takes approximately 3-4 working days for our shipping partners to deliver the shipment at your location.  Certain regions of India may take a little longer depending on your location and your mode of payment- Prepaid or COD.  Priority of delivery is always given to Prepaid Shipments

  • If a t-shirt size/colour you chose is not available immediately, you shall be informed via phone or email within 48 hours.  

  • There can be additional delays in dispatch and deliveries during the festive season, public holidays, and in the case of bad weather / natural calamities. (Consider: unforeseen production delays)

  • Our team tries to make sure that your shipments are delivered to you on time with ease.  We do not take liability of delivery date and time post dispatch, if someone else has refused your order, nor the person who has signed for while receiving the shipment.    Nevertheless, someone from our team will surely assist in helping you track your order and sort out shipping related issues, if needed.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or contact number, please call and send in an email with the change by 2pm. Change requests after that shall only be processed the next day.

  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday shall be executed & processed on Monday.

  • Bombay Trooper  partners with leading logistics providers in India such as FedEx, DTDC and Dot Zot.  (Reconsider: Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 800)

  • Cash On Delivery has an additional charge of Rs. 75 per product.  Our Shipping Partners do not ship COD shipments in certain regions of the country, especially in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Uttranchal, Himachal Pradesh & certain parts of Maharashtra.  Kindly call us or send an email confirming the pin code of your location and we shall assist you with the same.

  • Express delivery is available for an additional cost, on prepaid shipments only and depending on your location. Please speak to our team for more details and assistance.  


Return Policy:

The Quality Control team at Bombay Trooper makes sure each and every product is carefully inspected before it is shipped out.  However, if there seems to be any margin of error from our side, kindly send us an email describing the error on [email protected], and we shall do our best to replace it for you as soon as possible.  A pick up will be scheduled via FEDEX on a day that is convenient for you.  Details of the pick-up and a mandatory Declaration Form shall be emailed to you. The Declaration Form shall have to be attached to the shipment.

Exchange Policy:

If the product you ordered does not fit you, you can send it back to us for a free size exchange. Kindly send us your exchange requests on [email protected].   It may take 4-7 days for the exchanged product to reach you.  To process an exchange you shall have to ship the product back to us. As soon as we receive it, we shall exchange it for the size you want and resend it back to you. Please write exchange and the size you want the t-shirt product exchanged for on the envelope that you send.  Our mailing address is:

Please note, the product that you want exchanged will have to be in the same condition that we sent it to you, without any wash or usage, and it has to be returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.


Return and Exchange Charges:

  • In case of an unforeseen damage / defect during production, the shipping cost shall be borne by us.

  • If you would like to exchange the product for a different size/colour, or you would like to have a refund for a certain product, you shall have to bear the shipping charges for sending the product back to us.


Cancellation and Refund:

  • We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our product and services.  But, if for some unforeseen reason you do not like the product we sent you, kindly speak to our team and send us an email citing the reason for a refund can be issued after we receive the product.  It takes about 4-7 days for a refund for prepaid orders, and 8-12 days for a COD order.

  • Order Cancellations will have to be made by 2pm. A call and email confirmation shall be required for the same.



  • Our office timings are 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday-Friday

  • Emails and Facebook messages shall be reverted within 24 hours.

  • Emails sent on weekends shall be replied on Monday.
